Commercial: The Stutz Building
Interior Design for adaptive reuse and renovation
400,000 square feet of automotive factory space that was built in 1912. Purchased by adaptive reuse developer, Turner Woodard, we worked to restore the existing factory structure, and adapt for modern residential space, retail space, and entertainment venues. Responsibilities included as-built drawings, space planning new spaces, demolition plans, floor plans, ceiling plans, elevations electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fixtures, furniture and finished.
Commercial: 3M World Headquarters
Product Exhibition Hall
In 2008, I was part of a larger team dedicated to designing the interior space, exhibit kiosks, and interactive displays, integrated digital graphics and animations, signage and brand integration for the corporate exhibition hall in Maplewood, Minnesota.
The Indianapolis Motor Speedway: 3D Blueprint build of the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and alternate layouts for the Indianapolis 500, Brickyard 400, and The United States Grand Prix.
I built the entire Indianapolis Motor Speedway for the companies new online ticketing system in 2007. The 3d model was completely accurate and we used it to connect directly to the speedway's ticketing server to show exactly where the guest would be sitting in the speedway before purchasing.

Shell Architecture and Interior Design
New building design for Charles Schwab, and interior design. Includes exterior building shell, structure, common areas and vertical penetrations. Interior design includes new rooms, space planning, systems furniture specifications, doors and finish schedule, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and more.

Special Guest Experiences, Theme Parks, Resorts & Cruise Ships
Designed themed entertainment environments & media for special Walt Disney World events that incorporated award-winning immersive experiences, multimedia production, custom branding, and live entertainment within the Walt Disney World theme parks, attractions, resorts, ballrooms and cruise ships.

Interior Design for adaptive reuse and renovation
1.5 million square feet of space over a 111-acre campus with 58 buildings. Primary responsibilities included asset tracking of furniture and fixtures, space planning, move coordination, demo, systems furniture design and inventory tracking, warehouse space management and more.
Commercial: Major General Emmett J. Bean Federal Center
Interior Design for adaptive reuse and renovation
1.6 million square feet of adaptive reuse and renovation. Converted massive military storage building into 1.6 million s.f. of federal and military office space. Primary responsibilities; interior design, space planning, systems furniture design and specifications, finish schedules, way-finding art, signage and 3d visualizations.

Working with the property manager to space plan for new tenant. Interior design includes new rooms, space planning, demo plan, systems furniture specifications, doors and finish schedule, lighting, electrical, plumbing, and more.
Trade Show Design: TDF Sports Nutrition
Trade Show Booth Design, Plan, Environment Graphics, Motion Graphics, Complete Product and Brand Integration.
Incorporating environmental graphics and motion graphics was ensential for helping our clients receive the attention their products deserve. For TDF Sports Nutrition, my job was to design and specify the layout of the booth, and equipment needed, as well as provide the graphics and animation, and product labels, graphics, retail signs, space, and POP stands, to help promote the brand.
