HAND SKETCHES 3D VISUALIZATION VR INTERACTIVE TOURS
Immersive Mini-Golf Attraction Design: Concept development for themed courses, narrative-driven holes, interactive gameplay, environmental storytelling, and special effects.
This mini-golf hole was developed as an exploration of how gameplay, architecture and environmental storytelling can become one integrated experience. Rather than placing decorative theming around a conventional putting surface, the themed environment itself becomes part of the game by using architectural barriers, gated opening, changing sightlines and spatial reveals to shape both the player's shot and their experience of the scene.
The 3D model was used to develop the concept spatially and evaluate the hole from the guest's point of view, including scale, proportions, circulation, visibility, obstacle placement and gameplay. Modeling the complete environment also allows scenic and architectural elements to be considered together, helping establish how the hole will feel as a physical attraction before moving into detailed design and fabrication.
Once the concept was established, detailed CAD drawings were developed to translate the idea into a dimensionally coordinated, buildable design. The drawings define the overall geometry, wall and opening locations, architectural profiles, putting surfaces, transitions, clearances and themed elements while resolving how the individual components fit together. This stage bridges the gap between attraction concept and physical construction, ensuring that the storytelling and visual intent can be carried forward into a practical fabricated environment.

Watts Water Technology asked me to build a 3d cutaway of a hotel for their visualization and marketing materials that help explain how their water technology can help in various hotel structures and needs. This expanded to additional models of a house, courthouse, office building and school.

As a contractor for Hitachi Corporation's wiring technology division, I was tasked to design a concept a military installation on the coast of Oregon, that was used to show how their wiring would benefit the needs of the military. Below is a small close-up view of the concept.

Mechanical Design and 3D Visualization of Custom Aircraft Maintenance Stands
Working with Jet Technology Inc, I converted mechanical drawings into 3d models and showed the various components and groups of structures designed to be used for maintaining a wide variety of aircraft, from the C-17 shown here, to the F-22 Raptor, private jets and more. Animation was also used to show how the structures could be moved to and from the aircraft and stored.

Solar Energy & Installations for Corporate Use
Working with Advanced Energy, I created CAD drawings of proposed solar panel structures for building tops, parking lot canopies, and solar farms. Plan views were also converted into 3d site renderings showing how the new solar structures would look on site.
